Our Team

Behind Matakana Finger Limes is a small, hands-on family team.

Founded by Blair and his mum Judith, the orchard is led day-to-day by Blair, who brings a dedicated, practical approach to growing and harvesting.

Judith remains closely connected to the vision and roots of the business, while the next generation — Brodie and Noah — proudly take on the important role of chief taste testers.

The E-commerce side of the business is handled by Blair's wife Alicia. 

Together, they keep the operation grounded, personal, and driven by a shared love of great produce.
